The Chiro Pad is located in the historic Cotton’s building, nestled next to retail shops and cafes in Nelson’s vibrant city centre.
Our dedicated team is here to support your journey to health with care that is tailored to your needs. Whether you’re managing discomfort, aiming for better performance, or just wanting to stay active, we’re passionate about helping you feel your best.
Hello! I’m Patrick. I’m a Nelson local who recently moved back after spending ten years in Australia with my family. We couldn’t resist the pull of the beautiful natural environment, the vibrant community, and most importantly, being close to our extended family. It’s great to be home!
I graduated from the New Zealand College of Chiropractic in 2013 and have enjoyed working in family-focused practices ever since. I’ve had the pleasure of helping everyone from kids to athletes, with a special interest in postural correction and head, neck, and jaw function.
While in Australia, I learned from some of the best in healthcare, diving into topics like paediatrics and sports performance. I’m Advanced Certified in Sacral-Occiput Technique (SOT) and have studied Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation (DNS) extensively.
I’m all about fostering a warm and supportive environment and helping people to move away from pain to lead active, healthy lives.

Five years ago, Donna made the move from Auckland to Nelson to be closer to her family. She joined what was then Loveday Chiropractic, and has been helping Nelsonians achieve their health goals ever since. When she's not at The Chiro Pad, Donna loves spending time with her family, going for walks, and enjoying good food—especially if it involves sharing a meal with loved ones.
Holly co-owns The Chiro Pad with Patrick, where she takes the lead on everything creative—branding, the website, social media, and newsletters. She also freelances as a graphic designer, working with clients across Nelson and New Zealand. When she's not working, you’ll find Holly hanging out with family and friends, exploring new destinations, or soaking up the outdoors.
While not yet old enough to provide health care, Ted is great at spreading happiness and reminding us to keep things light and flexible. It's not all fun and games though, he has the important responsibility of choosing and testing books and toys for the practice. In his spare time, Ted enjoys gardening and spending time with loved ones.
