The Chiro Pad is located in the historic Cotton’s building, nestled next to retail shops and cafes in Nelson’s vibrant city centre.
After a few months of construction, we are very excited to open our doors in mid-November 2024.
Our dedicated team is looking forward to supporting the Nelson community with their journey to health with chiropractic care.

Hello! I’m Paddy. I’m a Nelson local who recently moved back with my family after spending ten years in Australia.
We couldn’t resist the pull of the beautiful natural environment, the vibrant community, and most importantly, being close to our extended family. It’s great to be home!
I graduated from the New Zealand College of Chiropractic in 2013 and have enjoyed working in family-focused practices ever since. I’ve had the pleasure of helping everyone from children to athletes, with a special interest in postural correction and head, neck, and jaw function.
I’m all about fostering a warm and supportive environment and helping people to move away from pain to lead active, healthy lives.
